Istanbul Travel Clinic is a licensed health tourism agency (TURSAB registered) that coordinates medical treatments, accommodations, transfers, and cultural tours in Turkey. We act as an intermediary between patients and healthcare providers. We do not directly perform medical procedures. Treatment outcomes may vary. All quoted prices are estimates.

3. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Payment methods and terms are communicated during the booking process. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies depend on the specific service booked. Cancellations 14+ days before may be eligible for a full refund minus fees. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to partial or no refund. Force majeure events will be handled case-by-case.

5. Patient Responsibilities

Provide accurate medical history and personal information. Follow pre/post-treatment instructions. Ensure valid travel documents for Turkey. Obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Istanbul Travel Clinic is not liable for: medical outcomes from third-party providers; delays by airlines, hotels, or other providers; loss of personal belongings.
